I think it would be a good idea to make a video that shows the other part that involves training with powermeter that is done outside the bike and is the data analysis. Even if you have a coach, it is necessary to understand what those numbers mean, from what part of your metabolism they come from, why performance may fall at a certain moment and thus a long list of things that powermeter data can give insigths and make sense of the numbers that the cyclist sees on the cycle computer.

How can you use a power meter to pace during an event with long climbs at elevation when your FTP and training is at sea level and lower elevations? Thanks!

I was one of many muppets who wanted a power meter and thought crowd funding the IQ2 power meter was a great idea. So no, I don't train with power😭

Kept being delayed, pushed to November last year, then Feb, then the product had to change, and now they claim September. Further delays expected by me though! I think I should have saved longer for the Assiomas!

First off yr bike angles are all wrong. Yr frame design is this typical sloping top tube which was invented by Gaint, a mountain bike company. I definitely wouldn't listen to anything you have to say riding that crap heap.

So, what is a proper road bike frame, then?
@taichihead42
@taichihead42 5 жыл бұрын
@@strangnet Top bar should be parallel to the ground, 74 degree head angle. Top bar should never ever be sloping like on most of these stupid looking mountain bikes, which bike manufacturer's have turned into racing bikes. Giant started this, what the hell would the Americans know about frame design, they only ever raced dirt bikes. The Colonago Master is the finest example of traditional Italian old school racing frames. Check them out and ignore that silly woman riding that pile of crap. If she knew anything about cycling she wouldn't be riding that thing she is up on.

@@taichihead42 you'd better get in contact with all major bike manufacturers and road teams and tell them they're doing it all wrong. It must have been horrible to watch all those mountain bike frames they rode on in the Tour de France. And why don't the UCI do anything about this abomination!?
