what if we have an inkjet printer and don't want the expenses of fancy papers or plastic sheets to print on ?. Thank you.

This would make a pretty tree ornament. I was thinking of using clear microbeads over the image part, as a filler. And leaving the frame white. Thank you for sharing!

Can you transfer like this on another color of clay? Like can you press the image on white clay and bake it in? thanks so much :)

I don't see why not, I imagine the liquid clay image would show up even better on a white background :)

V clever,. You could also make 2 frames & then sandwich the little translucent piece in between them like a window - that might be a nice way to finish off your stained glass idea. Like little stained glass ornaments that you could hang on the window so the light can shine thru. :)

Thanks :) Good idea! I'll definitely have a think about how I can use this method for future projects. I need to work on my frame making skills though haha

Lisa Jarvis Well, I know Sculpey has pkgs. of glow in the dark clay, maybe they have glow in the dark Liquid Sculpey?! I will have to Google to Michaels craft store & around the internet!

Lisa Jarvis I’m wondering if the air dry polymer clay recipe made with the glow in the dark glue and then liquidised would achieve that?
@deeZLL-au6 жыл бұрын
Okay but what it you are doing this with air dry polymer and the liquid clay is made from air dry polymer too, will it still set properly?
@RokoleeDIY6 жыл бұрын
To be honest, I don't use the air-dry clay so I can't be sure. If you do try it out yourself as a test, please leave another comment as I'm sure it would be useful to others :) Thanks for watching!

What kind of paper? B.c. your paper came out perfect without burning.

I'm pretty sure I just used regular printer paper, nothing special :)
