Ang alam ko there is 2 way, the buyer will pay your full loan sa bank.. then the second one the buyer will continue your amortization. I hope you can explain this much further. Yan po ang big mistakes na nagawa ko last 2018, bumili ng two condos, cash pero gang ngayon di ko malaman kung bakit di matransfer pa ang title..Umasa kami na tulad d2 sa Taiwan, once na maturn over na at bayad na sa lahat ay kasama na ang title...madami pa po palang, process at money na gagastusin.

Yes you can give SPA or Authorization sa Laison Officer, meron kasi mga Documents sa RD and BIR na need ng authorization ni Seller and Buyer. For DOAS na under value, yes yan kasi ang ibibigay nyo sa BIR.
