One of my clients shared a folder with me, and I have editor access. However, when I upload files to this folder, Google Drive uses my storage capacity. I want to upload the files on behalf of my clients. I mean I want to use his storage capacity. Any solution?

yeah you have to transfer ownership for each individual file
