somhow when I transfer my playlist by Rekord Buddy from Serato to Rekordbox, I DO NOT have the hot cues after plugging my USB stick to the Pioneer XDJ XZ .... I can see the hot cues if I open Rekorbox on my laptop... But using the USB stick, I can see only few of all :(

Yes! Though the workflow is slightly different because of iTunes being included in the mix :)

so the sync option on rekordbuddy lets you have a centralised library for all the dj softwares unlike djconversion utility where i have to export them each time???? like rekordbuddy acts as a master to the other dj softwares and the others are synced with it?

You can just export your tracks to a thumb drive using Rekordbox and then plug that into the other laptop :)

If you want to back up your hard drive to another, you can just copy the entire contents and paste them to the other hard drive :)

It doesn't work with Engine at this point, but Engine does a good job of working with Pioneer, Serato and we believe Traktor.

The Denon Conversion Utility (DeCU) is DJCU's sister app for converting to Engine Prime. Default DeCU converts from Rekordbox (xml) to Engine Prime however if you combine DeCU with DJCU you can go from Serato and Traktor to Engine Prime as well.
