I recommend naming it "St. Lucien" as it seems like that is a good name for a smaller town that is more isolated.

Well, its up to you. But if you want my opinion on names, maybe something with ties to your previous series. Here are some examples I have: - Xandrewton/Xandrewville/Xandton/Xandville (Xandrew from Banished), - New Thatcham (Banished/Going Medieval) - New Belfast (Airport CEO) - Park Park Town/Park Park Place (Park Park from City Skylines) - Nerdholm (Cities Skylines) - Nerdton (made up). These are some names I have come up with really. up to you if you like any of them. This little town kind of reminds of of Patchogue in New York in a way; a town on the south shore of Long Island I've been to. In fact, Long Island has a lot of large and small towns if you want inspiration for stuff like that. Definitely take a look if you wish.

You should give Columbia County a bit of history by making an abandoned mining/farming town like something similar to Centralia PA, Manchester SD, or Picher OK.

Id keep it LaBrian, LaGrange is in oldham County could have some kind of play on Oldham, its also surrounded by Crestwood, Eminemce, I might be a little bias though living the next city over haha. Also being there watching the freight train go through just feel it rumble pretty cool experience although as a kid I always thought it was gonna hit us while we were driving down the road

I like La Brian, but if you fancy changing the towns name, why not change it to a Kentucky coal field name? Nod to Kentucky and you could say the town was named after the coal field that employed most of the town? According to google, the following interesting names coal fields can be found in Kentucky... Henderson, Muhlendberg, Rockcastle, McCreary

10:12 I don’t think a small town like this would have such elaborate graffiti on the building at a populated intersection like that. It’s a small town and would be cleaned up fast and with not much happening in town cops would make it a big deal to find who’s doing it. Graffiti would be in the rear of buildings and in alleys and around dumpsters in more hidden places. They corner buildings I believe would have murals or more art like painting and not street graffiti. Also a lot of town have a limit on the size of advertisements or paintings a building can have. I worked at a 4 story building that had a FULL white façade and the town limited us to only have a small sign with the company’s name only. No painting. If you’d like to see the building. Look up Grandmasters Pianos Oakland Park, Florida. The first picture you see is the only advertisement you can have on the building.

Another good video. I think since it's your city, you should keep the name, but if you really want to change it, how about Bustle? It means to move in an energetic or noisy manner. Certainly, towns and definitely cities are supposed to be like this, right? The Cim citizens here would be called Bustlelites... 😏
