I think what they mean is being Ms Chalice and rolling on the middle platform when the red soundwaves come, and the roundabout being used is for damage to the lightbug behind the player. And yes, even though this is about upgrading the cursed relic to the Devine relic, this was actually useful information for new Isle 4 players.

However, the relic still randomizes your weapons every time you begin shooting, and with it you receive the full benefits of Smoke Bomb, Whetstone, and Heart Ring, as well as charging 5.2% of the player's Super Meter every second (Opposed to Coffee's 4%). In addition, rather than the purple particle effects created by the Cursed Relic, the Divine Relic applies cyan after-images to the player, visualizing the enhanced power of the Divine Relic. There isn’t a specific order to do this, you just have to beat 7 different bosses on regular

Nope. Isle 1 bosses are worth 2 points. Isle 2 bosses are worth 2.5. Isle 3 bosses are worth 3. King Dice and his mini bosses are worth 1 each. DLC bosses are worth 3.5. Saltbaker and the devil are worth 4. You need something like 12 points to upgrade it fully, so you get beat the Devil, Saltbaker, and one other idle 4 boss and two of any other boss and upgrade it.
