Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable s0urce here in Australia. Really need!

I have always had a lot of dreams ever since i was a child and it has always been very meaningful to me. I remember a recurring dream i had as a child that involved a T-rex chasing me. Finally one night i remembered it was a dream in my dream and told the T-rex he wasn't real. He turned into a silly cartoon and i never had that dream again.

My dreams always have a negative tone to them, although I try my best to be grateful and positive every day.

I'm glad you'll be addressing nutrition next. Every time I try to eat healthier I just lose my appetite entirely, but the foods I find appetizing make me sluggish and exhausted

Same. I like healthy foods but it’s like I need the unhealthy stuff added to feel satisfied. I ate a big salad for lunch today. It was good. But about an hour and a half later I wanted a cup of noodles 🍜

A lot of my dreams have been recurring. Sometimes, it's not the exact dream that's repeated but it would be the setting/location of the dream. I have several different recurring dreams/settings

This is so interesting because I keep having the same dream over and over and it just happened last night again and before I even saw your video I was thinking why and if it is related to something that happened in my childhood that I can’t even remember because I’ve lost memory of a lot of things from my childhood and teenage years… thank you for ur videos, it’s helping me a lot ❤

I feel like dreams are super individual, for someone with complex PTSD, they can be super scattered, disorienting and out of context. I think yes, repetitive dreams are absolutely trying to tell us something, I do also think it's as with anything, for how much we allow it to mean.

Bad dreams are now normal to me I don't remember the last time I woke up from something pleasant. I use an app to journal my dreams set moods and even interpret them both by Freudian and jungarian. The most common tags i've used for my dreams are exhausted and abandoned

i have a recurrent nightmare where i'm walking and then the path starts to get steeper and steeper until it is going 90° upwards and when i realize it i am up so high pushing so hard to continue walking because if i stop i will fall to my death. it always ends with me falling to my death because i get so exhausted i start slipping and fall. i haven't had that dream in a looooooong time but i used to have it a lot and only when i was super super stressed in life so ya dreams have a lot to say!

I’m 7/10 times getting chased in my dreams and it’s usually a nightmare. I remember my first nightmare when there was an alligator in my aunts house at the top of the stairs that was burning down so I ran out of the house and then basically Michal Myers was chasing me. I had that dream very young lol

I dreamed of cotton candy grapes spilling out into the floor and at thanksgiving, my friend dropped a bunch of them out on the floor. And I dreamed about moldy bread. Idk why I’m having dreams about food but these two really stuck with me. I’m not saying that in a joking way. I think maybe it’s telling me to be able to handle all that I’m juggling and if I don’t, it will all fall or grow toxic mold.

Great topic! One of the things I’ve been doing that works for me is like Dr. Marks mentioned is using the lucid dreaming to transform and reframe my dreams and also dream interpreting. I found over the years this helps me to have insights to what I need to work on and keys to understanding my personality and challenges in my waking life. 🤙

Really enjoy your channel. I will watch your other videos related to dreams, but always wondered why some of my dreams are in color? Very few but I remember them. I also have a suggestion for a video, your feedback on what is it when someone is searching for something but not sure what it is they want or searching for? just feeling as if something is missing. Am I unfulfilled in an area like creativity? I am a senior and keep changing planners, or rearrange my rooms. I'll start a book but never finish which is very different for me. Boredom? Searching for comfort? I am not unhappy, and in fact quite content but don't feel like I have a satisfying routine or something... Perhaps because I have always had goals in my life and as a senior for example I don't need career goals? Would love to understand this emotion. Thank you!

Can you please clarify how my recurring dream of me just staring at a skee-ball machine might mean that it is flagging something that needs my attention or ongoing issues and uneesolved stressors? There is no narrative to it since the dream is so brief, maybe 15 seconds tops and in it, I'm just staring at the machine for the very brief entire duration of the dream. I have no issues related to that arcade game lol and definitely not recurring issues related to it. I never understood why I have that brief recurring dream but it is my only recurring drram.
