Experience is always needed and is the number 1 factor. The best way to start is try volunteering at local research centers and use that experience to get paying jobs. Is the CRCP training course a good class to be a CRC.

I do not recommend those courses. They are very expensive and do not really help you with getting a job. The best way is to gain experience through volunteer and paid work and advance from there. I can help you through my consulting company if you like. Additionally I have plenty of videos on KZbin plus my IG helping people with various issues.
