The program fails miserably in my test video. It returns, "No transcribe text returned." The site is easy to navigate, however the program is not ready for "Primetime". Keep up the good work. I suggest to add a feature to cut the uploaded video to the allowable "free" test video duration.

Where is something that translates the speech on something while it's playing, live, into translated subtitles? Being able to play a video in one language for example on Instagram and see subtitle interpretation while it's playing straight from the internet is what I'm looking for.

Where's a Universal Translator when you need one? 😜 I find this that do close captioning that require payment but nothing that does live close captioning. Everything has to be done before posting that I've seen so far.

As soon as I click the "Translate to English" button, I get a pop-up message saying "Your current plan doesn't support subtitle translations. Please upgrade to continue" and I have to select the Pro plan ($30/mo) or the Business plan ($59/mo). I tried to get around this by downloading the subtitles so I could pass them through Google Translate, but when I clicked the button to download the subtitles, I got that same pop-up box, but this time with message "Upgrade your workspace to enable subtitle download". I don't know if this service was free at one time, but it certainly isn't free now, not even on a trial basis.

you guys ... Even though 30 USD might seem a lot to you - just think about how much money you would need, if you had it done manually (or by someone on fiverrr or people per hour). I am about to automatically translate most of my videos into english with an AI Voice Over. I am pretty sure any time soon, we will be able to train our own voice and have AI translations with our own AI voices.

I simply pointed out the fact that the service is not free (as is claimed in the video). I said that so others will know beforehand that it's not free or, if they tried it and found out for themselves, to inform them that it's not just them (that they're not doing something wrong). I provided factual information, not judgement. Unfortunately, you cannot say the same.

Wait but your title says different, all I have is an hour long mp3 file, and want it in spanish, but you are showing text VTT files and others besides audio, can't people just upload simple mp3's and in return your company can just return a simple mp3 file in a different language? dont need to translate videos, to text files. Simple for you to just Add the word (Subtitles) in the Title of the video right?

It's really not free, and it's with a time limit even when you sign up and pay for a basic subscription, you only get 60 minutes per month for transcription and only 5 minutes for translation per month.

Hi Poorna, hope you're doing well! It translates the audio to text, and then translates the text to another language. As of today, it's not possible to bend the original audio itself to different languages, only the transcriptions. Hope this helps! 👍

Hi! You can translate the audio's transcription indeed. Changing the audio itself would be difficult, but you can always try Text to Speech? It's quite new. This way, you can still create audio in another language, on top of translated transcriptions!
