Loved the video..you seriously need more subscribers.. Your content is very helpful... Also I was wondering if you could do a video on concentration based meditation vs vipassana or maybe how ADHD could be managed with psychotherapy and meditation??? many different ideas bro😁

Hey Sam, Glad you are on the mend. Thanks for this video, I do find it hard to focus on an emotion that I've never felt, eg courageousness, well maybe I have but not recognised it.

Such a great technique. It’s incredible how we can change deep emotions that manifest though sensation in the body by sitting with them and changing them to something more meaningful in the present momentThanks so much for sharing.. Stay well xx

Glad to know you are feeling better. Wish I had this technic when I experienced my set of negative emotions during months of practice. Scared the hell out of me. Though I was "going crazy".
