How to Trap the Ball

This is such an important skill. Great video and demonstration. I would recommend you practice this on your own time. You can learn to control the ball with all different parts of your body. Toe trap, inside foot trap, outside foot trap, bottom of the foot trap, thigh trap, chest trap, head cushion trap, and combinations of all. Your ability to get the ball to the ground as quickly as possible will help you in fast paced games.
