Hey joltter plzz teach me some easy ways to kick a knuckle ball
@Bob974513 жыл бұрын
It took me ten thousand repetitions to get the ankle Locking as good as it is now, my tip for practicing it is to not get mad at yourself, he makes locking your ankle sound simple, news flash it isn’t, the concept of it is but getting it right takes many many attempts and hard work, if you want results you have to be willing to go out and practice on a day to day basis

@@949surferdude kick a bouncing ball or a rolling ball coming towards you and having that boom sound. thats always my reference to what a perfect shot is. now just apply it or tweak the way you kick a ball on the ground. a wall with some distance is always a great training tool. also think lazily. its a pain in the ass to keep running after that ball everytime you made a mistake. this helps you figure out how to do it faster and also helps your accuracy specially if you got a couple of obstacles on the wall to not hit a couple of nails on the wall for example or a beam that sticks out the wall. it also helps to be motivated by other guys that kicks harder than you and plays better than you. an actual person that you play with. oh there is also a training that i invented on my own (i think im the only one doing it) put your ball in front of a wall with a feet or a couple of feet away from the wall and practice kicking it (inside foot only for starters. kick it RELAX AT FIRST then gradually kick it harder and harder not too hard that it will injure you) this will develop your foot muscle and ankle memory. make sure you DONT KICK THE WALL! its like a ping shot dont follow through. the ball will either fly straight upwards or it will stay there and will bounce your feet back or rattles it. its kinda stupid but it worked for me. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y2q0kK2nnbqXnLM this is me doing it relaxed. i havent played for years now and planning to get into the game again. im starting to do all the drills that i did back when i was in school. im old now so its gonna be tough to get in shape again

I gotta say pointing your toes is such a game changer. Every time I would try to take a volley up until last year, my foot would be flopping around and I’d get horrible contact on the ball. But once I started focusing on pointing my toes I started being able to get good contact. And now i can score volleys in game

I found out shooting with a sore knee is a great way to practice technique while exercising the knee to heal quicker. You can’t shoot full power obviously, so I had to find new approaches to shooting the ball to still ensure it will go in. Now I’ve thrown sledgehammer shots out the window and my finesse shots have improved greatly.

Forgot about timing and plant foot placement for beginners while dribbling. If you’re dribbling towards goal, the ball is rolling away from you. Depending on how fast you are dribbling, you need to keep your eye on the ball as the ball and make sure you plant foot and timing of the kick took the ball movement into consideration.

Maybe it will help someone or maybe not. Personally I am a fan of martial arts and football at the same time. Since I' m playing football regurarly I can see that diffrent types of kicks that you' re train on the training bag are improving the shots you will use in football. It's very simple. For example: power low kick = power strike ; mixed power midbody kick / low kick = knuckle ball ; crescent kick = outside foot shot.

I can always feel the difference and see the difference in the shot when I rush the run-up, if I take it more slow and elegant I'll have the same power but better placement, if I rush it then I'll have the power but the placement will be poor.
