On the hand at 4:35… When you block bet KK flop he can’t fold anything really all pairs call, all backdoors call, on turn it’s the same thing any pair like 88,99 hands like KJ clubs , KT clubs , JT clubs. So by the river he has the widest range he will ever have in this spot due to your line. I’d bluff any pair with a diamond as villain and all my KJ KT JT combos. Think you should be careful taking these lines leaving villains range so wide then giving them strong hands only

If your always folding here you’d be over folding.. what other hand do you bet min flop with min turn with and call also can I ask? If there is none in that range which I assume is the answer you can see the issue

@@madwithoutit Hey bro. Nah i'd say you've assumed wrong here. Whilst i'm not gunna use this 10% flop turn strategy to a high frequency there's actually plenty of other hands I will use this with. Often you can have bluff hands on turn that favour small sizings on this type board due to the fact that you're going to be able to fold out a lot on turn on a dry AQ board without needing to go super large with the sizings. I think you're over valuing what can call against these small sizings here- in fact there can still be a decent amount that folds. On the river our KK here just seems a clear fold and i personally think i played the hand fine here but thanks for the input as always

@@SprasesAces what hands would you play small block and call river with then? Just curious. I’m not overvaluing your KK i don’t think the fold is bad or anything. It’s more about the line and I don’t think it would be very balanced to have river calls enough.. also you said you think I’m overvaluing what can call v small bet turn. If playing correct, villain has to call with all gutshots J8, KJ etc, every combo, even suppose to float K high turn, K5 no diamonds K7 clubs 🤣 this probably won’t happen in real life but the range is super wide here as expected, so I think you’re undervaluing what can call rather than me personally

@@SprasesAceson flop villains only supposed to fold 6% of range to our bet, on turn only fold 7% of range to turn bet. Leaves villains range very wide here. Solver calls river with 9x half the time. Calls all Qx and Ax and calls KK with a diamond but folds your exact combo, unblocking sets and two pair. The way you spoke about it during the hand seemed like you thought he was strong if he bets river and your folding to any size you said, so what I’m meaning is by the sounds of you’re commentary you won’t be calling calling Qx or 9x here and would be over folding overall that’s all.
@SprasesAces2 ай бұрын
@@madwithoutit yeh but you have to remember most of the hands that are calling here aren’t then going to bet river. You say that my bet means he’s calling all his Qx, 9x, 4x vs my sizing but that is actually a good thing and something that benefits from the smaller sizing- he’s not betting these on river. KK here will be a terrible call on river regardless of whether you have a diamond or not because having a diamond means you also block more of his potential floats which bluff river. Almost everyone will be folding out there J8s, 108s all these floating hands that solvers have even to small bets without diamonds and so not only do i think i am not overfolding here but i think the EV loss of calling KK here is infinitely bigger than what solver will imply. But for sure it’s an interesting hand to look over and very interesting how wide solver calls for sure!

Hi mate, quick question. If I'm not mistaken you've taken the RYE Masterclass course right? I saw an image on google on the rangeviewer and saw that there was something called ''3 Bet Broke'' or ''Call / Broke''. It was usually the premium hands. I couldn't find any info online what ''Broke'' meant in ranges. Do you happen to know? :)
@SprasesAces2 ай бұрын
Hey mate. It just means hands you’re prepared to go all in with or call an all in with to 3/4 bets whatever.. which is why you’ll find its the premium hands

@@rooftopv4664you shouldnt buy courses off pirated websites. Those ranges are very outdated and will likely mislead you
