No for GO train does not come under the transit pass but you can contact your school for any student offers for travel as generally they do provide some kind of student pass.

You can use the presto card to go anywhere but when the bus will enter in Toronto area they will ask you to tap again so it is like you will be paying double money.

Mississauga, Brampton and Toronto these have three different transits so you cannot travel with Toronto pass in Mississauga but you can add some extra money to use as one time travel.
