It's beautiful island everyone in the world talks about it's natural beauty and variety of things to offer for all kind of tourists and adventure seekers.. While there are some Tamils (may be born in SL) talk shit about the country like the comment above .. I'd like to suggest and would appreciate if you could remove the reply above please.. This is a very common route. There are lots of places to visit. Recommend to going Nuwara Eliya, haggala garden, minneriya national park, wilpaththuwa national park, yala national park, kumana national park (birds), Anuradhapura-ancient capital with lots of Buddhist temples, Trincomalee, nilaweli beach, pasikuda, arugambay, jaffna, delft, nagadeepa islands, Polonnaruwa, pidurangala, sinharaja jungle, galle fort and many more............Love my country

Hello yes it is a recommended route for people without months and months! a route for holiday makers of a stay up to a month. Also I did mention Yala, polonnaruwa and gale fort. I did go to Anuradhapura but I would recommend either pollonaruwa or Anuradhapura to other tourists. Unless they absolutely love that kind of thing but for people with not that much time Pollonaruwa is where I would personally suggest because of the location as well as the fact its more intact.
