My honest opinion is for you to get a visa as the embassy instructed. They recently passed a law that entrance into Ireland should strictly be with a visa and have subsequently refused some family with family member cards entrance. Good luck ☘️

@nadimanjum7878 Yes you will need a short stay visa for EU family members( EUTR visa). It can take months to get it depending if your case is sent to Dublin for approval. You will need your * Marriage certificate *Your spouse I.D and your passport *proof of you and your spouse ticket to Ireland An easiest way is you and your spouse should get residence in Bulgaria or another EU country and then use the residence card they will give you there to travel to Ireland. It doesn't matter how long you spent in Bulgaria or that EU country

Thanks for watching, you need a visiting visa to travel with him. For him to settle and get the PPS number, he needs to prove an ongoing engagement in Ireland as I mentioned in the video. He can try joining a voluntary organisation such as St Vincent’s, Focus Ireland and volunteer to work for them, he’ll still be making some earnings and that will stand as a reason to get the PPS number. Thanks ☺️

If you have the passport, a visa, or an Eu family member card, you can travel with your kids but they must also have either Eu passports, visas or Eu family member card.

Thanks for watching dear friend, from the last time I checked, Italian immigration refused a man from travelling with this document with his family to Ireland and demanded he gets a visa. Initially you can but with their new law, one must use a visa without an Eu passport. European family member card is carta soggiorno Unione Europea in Italy.

I know one can travel freely with it but a family that wants to move from Italy, the spouse was not allowed to travel with the card, they were asked to get a visa, it may be different from another country. My advice is for one to get a visa so there won’t be any obstruction in the move. Thanks

@emmypinging6140 You can use your card to travel to Ireland. When you arrive they will stamp your passport 3 months at the airport. Then go to the Gardai immigration office of your town to apply for stamp 4, not stamp 4 EUfam. You have a choice to apply for stamp 4 EU fam by EU law which will give still free movement to EU or ordinary stamp 4 as Irish spouse(you will need a visa to EU countries.) As an Irish spouse with stamp 4 you you can apply for citizenship after 3 years instead of 5 years.

Yes you can travel with your Eu citizen daughters but you need an Eu member family card from the immigration of the Eu country you’re living in or obtain a visa . Ordinary permanent resident card of an Eu country cannot give you a settlement in Ireland. Thanks for watching.

If your daughter has the Eu family member card, she doesn’t require a visa to travel with you, she can freely work and enrol in school but you first have to get her registered with the Irish immigration, getting a GNIB card for her.
