Extremely helpful. I have a 5 months kitten who has stopped eating since 2 days. Between last night and now she passed 3 watery blood looking motions. I gave her a little ORS and 0.5 ml Flagyl syrup last night and this morning. I followed this treatment suggested by the vet for my last 2 month's kitten who stopped eating. Took her to the vet who said her tongue was white and smelt offensive and gave the poor little thing 2 shots (which was painful) She had to take 3 more antibiotic shots. After bringing her home that evening she started passsing blood motions and the vet suggested 0.5 ml Flagyl twice a day, to feed her a little cerelac rice which I did and additionally I syringe fed her a little fresh chicken soup. She died 2 days later which was so terrible. I did my best but I couldnt save her. Now I'm worried about this kitten. Would greatly appreciate if you could you please advise me ASAP.

My cat is vomitting,having dirrhea and high fever 103.5. Came down from 105.4 on first day.she is not eating from last 3 days. I took her to vet and she is taking drips everyday. It's being 3 days. As per doc , today i force feed her 2 tsp mashed rice and curd. She didn't vomit yet .let's see . Sorry for ur loss. I am just crying reading some of the sad comments. I had a very bad dream about my cat just a day before she stopped eating. M terrified like hell 😭

About switching the kitten's food, my kitten was on cerelac till he was 55 days, after that I gave him farmina mattise a little bit, and then I tried to give him some cerelac, he completely refused to have it. I didn't want to keep him hungry so I have to feed him the dry food
