I have a bob and wrap my hair every night . I need to do another olaplex treatment on myself today in the salon . But I need a hot oil treatment at the same time . Should I do the hot oil treatment first , wash it and then apply the olaplex 1 & 2 ? 🙂

I do not think you should advise people to sleep in ANY treatment. That can cause scalp irritation or protein overload.

I didn't bleached or dye my hair even didn't do protien treatment. But my hair is soo weak with split enda can not be longer....can I use n 1 2 for this problem or it will be strong...si use n 0 and 3 instead ?
