So far there's water left it the pond and you only do it overnight, there's no issues. It normal to lose fish when treating them, especially if the reason for their treatment is mortality. You can't treat dying fish and expect them to be healthy immediately...but don't abuse the drug.

Why did the bubbles comeout after the Tetracyclin and why add palm oil to the bubble please?

When you fish Bubble up like that, that means they are not in food condition. So palm on a norm is like an antidote. When you palm oil drops on the water, it spread out...so the oil will stop the bubbles.
