Thank you for this video! It covered some stuff no one had in the other videos. No one showed how to deal with something that didn't go right and how to fix and even improve on it. I'll be putting down the smaller squares of that same color tomorrow so TY for the tips! 🎊😊🎊

I also use a heat gun to warm up each tile, makes it easier to handle and also cut. Great job ! Thanks

Do you think a hair dryer would work instead of a heat gun on this type of tile?
@1painter4hire10 ай бұрын
@@nataliekw sure , just takes longer to heat it up, couple minutes more. Probably safer all the way around. Good luck

Hi I just wanted to know if the floor is made of concrete and not smooth then will the tiles work?
@secretgardenhome18095 күн бұрын
Yes its concrete and mine is smooth after I scaped mine wello. It depends how rough yours is?
@gibbytravis6 ай бұрын
You're doing it the hard way. You can always just grab a multi-tool and saw underneath the molding to make a gap while enough to shove the tile underneath. You can use a scrap piece of tile as a spacer to make sure you saw at the right height to fit a tile underneath.

I actually did that in our guest bathroom already, so I know that trick, just didn't do it in the loundry room. But thanks for sharing the good tip.

May I suggest trimming off the paper with knife edge first rather than peel off then trim?

Yes I was still learning to make videos back then, but since have corrected that.

much easier and neater to use a multi-tool to undercut the vertical trim and slide the tile under, and remove the baseboard and replace after tiling
@secretgardenhome1809 Жыл бұрын
Yes Im sure, but at least if you don't have the tool I show how you can do it without special tools thanks 🙂
