For those wondering: the hidra differs from the lazer in terms of railgun shot resistance, because of some weird shenanigans the hydra can whitstand 6 shots, diferent from the lazer which dies in the First shot

The rail gun can kill almost every aircraft in one shot or maybe some more but the hydra for some reasons has the best resistance to it. It’s able to survive 5 shots and most of the time dies at the 6th shot

Railgun isnt a one shot, its the fall damage that kills the player after you shoot them.

Hey putther heres a technique, If you park the Kosatka in the Merryweather base/docks then you can still launch the guided missiles THROUGH the roof (Im guessing the game either spawns missiles pretty far from the sub or the missile is invincible for like the first 2 seconds or it has no collision for the first 2 seconds after spawning) of the base im guessing it works for any sort of dock that has a covered area around it. if you combine it with Out Of Sight / Ghost Org its actually pretty hard for others to find the sub.

The new gta online version of the railgun is a severely nerfed version, they gave it a much slower projectile speed so u have to lead ur shots and nerfed the damaged by alot wven if it might not seem that way at first, also removed the ability to lock on for auto aim players, it's still strong against players but now it's a 2 shot most of the time, where as the story or gunrunning version is a one shot hit scan weapon to almost everything not just some vehicles like the online version, also it still one shots the Lazer but not the hydra so I'd expect to see more of them now than b4

Fun fact I found out about this, im the founder and others made videos about my finding...if you shoot the rail gun at a buzzers front window it won't explode it, it will just hit it like a regular bullet but hitting the surrounding or the player it will explode, I also tried it with some cars and they don't blow up if you shoot the front window...thanks give me props for finding about this before all this other people did videos about it.

i know this is a railgun video, but a suggestion, idk if you have granger3600lx and rc installed, make the granger very street cassual like no roof lights, stock rims etc... , go to LSC, activate rc, troll barcodes and occasionally change colors from black to red, then blue, gray whatever, just make sure it's like a cassual street car color, idiots always forget, you can just drive around them, follow them and they'll have no idea
