Pasensiya sir pero hindi ko nakunan ng video pero ganun yung pangyayari. Kung baga eh nag bigay siya ng generator over voltage tapos nag adjust kami sa AVR pero ganun pa din alarm na binibigay niya. Hindi kaya sa AVR ang problema?

Sir ganito yan loading voltage not reach ano ba ang bolatge ouput na nalabas sa generator mo ngayun kc halimbawa 400 ang ac before ang configuration tapos ngayun ang output lang ay 380 lang hindi inabot you g loading na 400

Ganyan ang nangyari sa genset ko brad Under Low voltage yng lumalabas sa module ay 360v lng kaya namamatay pro check ko ang main wire nyan bro yng 3phase at single phase ok naman ang kuryinti nya 416v ang 3phase at 230v naman ang single phase ano kaya yon brad ang sira module sguro or kailangan i adjust ang setting

Make sure lang sir na sa viltage sensing side is same na voltage nag nababasa mo sa tester doon sa breaker side if parihu thin there wrong with ither program or a wirng problem only

Bus not live meaning there is no voltage going to your module buss sensing make sure also the the aux contact is working properly for feedback going bact to the module

Hello sir i have weserbeke 11.0BDT it was running good after long time not start no output voltage from alternator zero volt when I'm giving excitation 12 vdc voltage coming 25-30 voltage only and then when i remove excitation Voltage coming back same as before to zero please help me how to solve it

That is what we called loose of magnitism that why whin. U put excitation it return all the magnitism in your winding and its work back to normal

Do one thing tester your exciter what ohm you get it should be 10-18 0hms thats still good
