BonzerMrT I use a zip tie in n my frame. If you put the zip tie though backwards, you can remove it without wasting it.

This video clarified a lot!! I trued my shadow truss/symbol wheel I have a small hop from a hug step up I caused my first time! It has a small hop I tried everything to get it out wasn’t happening. Great video. I actually own a work stand and true stand . I've learned a few pointers from this. Like you said some rims are not coming back. I tightened mine too much. It was true. Then I went around and got more slack out. Dumb. It was at least ten years since I have used the true stand. Ill be better from the tips on here. You are a true craftsman. My craftsmanship will improve from watching this . recommended to any DIY

Life hack, put grease on the middle of the cross where the spokes meet to lessen the creaking(only a little bit), and after you true a fresh wheel expose it a little bit of elements, dust water etc. then true it again to make the wheel dialed.

You can also zip tie that cross section to add a tiny bit of extra tension that is also flexible 🤓
