Last week I was presented to "Trust" and everytime I was trying to control or freak out, I would take a deep breath and surrender to the power of trust in the divine. All I can say is that it works! in a relationship- you can communicate with your partner that you have a difficult time with trust and have a hard time discerning whether what you feel is intuition or your own fears. you can ask them to do simple things to help you feel safer. you can ask them to help you through your struggle. explain to them that you might need extra reassurance, and ask them to be patient with you. instead of believing that you have “trust issues” that are your own problems to solve, ask your partner to help you on your healing journey and to have patience with you as you learn that you can trust them. you deserve a partner who will be patient and forgiving with you and who will accomodate your insecurities like a loving mother soothes her babies- not to control them or to ask them to tell you where they are and who they are wilth 24/7, but maybe just some reasonable check-ins. ask them to be totally transparent with you- youd rather be jealous than unsure of whether your intuition is warning you or whether it’s just fear. you CAN ask for your partners support and comfort ask you heal trust wounds🙏🏽❤️🕯
