Can you help i am trying but if i try to tune barely it will be very high or very low

In that case your pegs are probably too thick and you will need to take your instrument to a luthier.

when I turn the peg it goes back and doesn't stay in place. Any tips?

All you can do is push in slightly. If you have chalk take the peg out and chalk where it touches the pegbox walls. I have another video about dodgy pegs, check out my other videos on the Viva Violins channel. It sounds as though you might have to take your instrument to your local luthier to have the peg refitted.

I totally don't get this tuning the viola thing. The only time, it plays right, is when the strings are as taute as possible.

You need to tune the A string first (thinnest string on the right as it faces you). Using an electronic tuner really helps. You need the frequency of A to be 440hz. Then tune the next string to the left to D, the one next to that to G and the thickest one on the left to a C. You might need to pop into a music shop or to a luthier if you get stuck. They will give you more advice.
