In parts or labor? Parts are cheap, less than $100. Labor should be less than 2 hours

Make sure the rotor is fully seated, the cap is perfectly aligned, and then start slowly tightening the screws. If you feel resistance, something is wrong, but usually, everything will tighten down without an issue.
