Hi, i have a question! How do i know which strings to retune when i want to change the key, from C major to A major or E major, and so on? Ive recently started playing the lyre but c major is too high for me to sing along with!

Vilket märke är det på din Lyra? Jag har sett att det finns Thomann som verkar vara en musikaffär, amazon och temu men de två senare verkar folk inte vara lika nöjda med. Har du någon särskild Lyr du kan rekommendera eller vad man ska titta efter? Jag tänkte köpa 16 strängars. Jag är är nybörjare på Lyra men har spelat andra instrument.

Its only C major of the lowest note is C. On my lyre harp the lowest note is G so mine is tuned to G mixolydian.

i know this is a very old video but i was hoping to tune my lyre (i ordered one online, it's coming in the mail soon) to be able to play scales with accidentals. i thought it wasn't going to be possible, bc the strings are so sensitive to tuning. but this is good news! thank you for making this video!
