HOW to TUNISIAN CROCHET PINWHEEL Kitchen Pad and Scrubber Set Tutorial

You can learn how to Tunisian Crochet a Pinwheel Kitchen Pad and Scrubber Set using Tunisian Crochet technique in this video. Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. It is quick, simple, and easy to make these kitchen items. The large one works as a hot pad or pot holder. The smaller one works great as a dish cloth, wash cloth and scrubbies. In my sample, I'm using 100% cotton yarn and a regular size F 3.75 mm crochet hook. This uses a technique called Tunisian in the Round and Short Rows. You do not need a special Tunisian hook even though it's Tunisian crochet!

I like starting with a loose magic loop and working the final stitch of every group into it . That way i can just cinch it up and not have to try to jam a hook into one crowded stitch .

Hi! I love these pinwheels. My scrubber was loose towards the center and the seam to sew it together didn't come out neat and without a ridge. Any tips for finishing? Also, I added cotton batting (I'm also a quilter) in the center of my potholder, making it thicker for holding hot pots.
