Your shopping bag tutorial is BY FAR the BEST! I watched ALL OF THEM! I have 1 horse, and have amassed quite a number of bags over the years, and have LOTS of friends with critters! Thank you!

I agree! Maybe in a year or two when we slow down working she can do something like that if she wants. Not sure she has the time right now

I make fabric bags like this all the time. Now I have to find some feed bags somewhere!?!. Quick and easy to follow tutorial. Thanks Erin!

I've watched a few of these bag tutorials and this one by far is my favorite. I chose not to cut my 4" triangles in the bottom, in hopes that it might make the bottom seam more durable over the years. Otherwise, this method you show is exactly what I'll be doing from now on! Thank you!

Thanks so much for the tutorial. A charity I work with collects the feed sacks and volunteers sew them into totes to sell at a local farmer’s market. You made it so easy to learn this skill to share with others.

I agree with the others that this is the easiest tutorial I've seen. I think the zigzig is a better idea. I've made one from a different tutorial with the straight stitch and it wouldn't sew straight. It looked terrible. I'm going to try your tutorial with the zigzag. Thanks again for sharing.

Great tutorial! I didn't know anyone with oils but would love a few pig bags. Do you have suggestions to find them? I have 3 kinds of chicken bags and some deer type feed bags but have a friend that loves pigs!

I have to agree, this is an amazing DIY tutorial! I only have one question, as opposed to the 10-14 I usually have... What is the stitch length and width you use on your zigzag stitch?

I've watched 3 of these videos so fare and this is the best! I'm sitting here looking at my first attempt at one of these and it looks like crap. I'm going to try this method!

Thank you! No we haven't lined them with fabric before but that's a good idea.
