@@CovetedConsultant It’s simplicity. You get our attention with a Denzel scene that sets the theme. You divide the method into 4 steps and provide templates. Other videos on this topic are too talky. The only suggestion would be to add more at the end about CTA/closing at the end of the funnel. Peace)

What I do struggle with is keeping track and wonder if you can share how you keep track on an Excel sheet or what you use.

Hey Rachel. If you keep this process simple it can be tracked by a single spreadsheet. I've tried more complicated methods...but it always comes back to a spreadsheet.

I'm hardly an expert, but I have found that if I offer insight and value early in interactions, I establish my credentials and set the tone of "they can look to me for help," later contacting me for services.
