Here’s where I get stuck. I no doubt, experience fight or flight on a daily/bidaily basis. My body definitely thinks it’s the “default setting”, however, is the approach to this issue accepting the fact that it’s true, or wanting to actively change it? For example during mediation, acceptance, or trying to reverse it?

After some time what worked best for me is to reverse it. Do not accept it. Within my situation, there’s a whole rabbit hole of where it actually stems from. I ultimately had to tell myself that I do not seek validation from a certain person, on top of that I tell my self I’m not in my default setting as in this video. Finally, transforming into a state of bliss. With a smile on my face I embody happiness in my meditation.

Broke my sternum 7 months ago. Sternum healed. The ribs got smashed. Still hurt 7 months on. I am stuck in fight or flight. I wish I could just relax. Will try it. But.....
