Hey man, i’ll be honest my headphone game isn’t strong. I’m currently using the Sennheiser HD206s. They’re pretty cheap and that’s why I use them. I have a habit of breaking headphones. Their sole purpose is for monitoring during recording and for when i record my videos so they don’t have to be amazing. If you’re looking to mix in headphones you’re going to need something with better performance.

For this moment I am using the iMac 2017 8gb ddr4 ram , i5 7th gen, 4 gb Radeon Pro 560. Thunderbolt 3 capable. My microphone is the blue yeti usb and I use my beats headphones. I have no audio interface and no audio monitor . My question is , is it better to invest in a thunderbolt 3 audio interface? And what do I need to get if I want to improve my music?
