KZbin needs more of these style of guitar videos.. short and to the point aimed at an intermediate to advanced player. Just two buds jamming out asking “hey, how’d you just do that one thing?” is the best way to pick up new skills. Loved it, great job fellas!

Just Wow! So many times a title will be clickbait and we understand what it takes to get views BUT every now and again a video will hit home so hard it immediately “sticks”. You and Jared knocked it out of the park! I immediately picked up a guitar and felt like a new world opened up for me… so much love and gratitude to you both
@michaelmerrullo20432 жыл бұрын
I've learned so much over the years from just watching you and friends jam. A lot of times your just free forming it off a lesson and "ooh I like that!" and slow down the video. Great video

The trip to tasty town was an absolute Smorgasbord is this video. The jamming by JJN and Marty was far too generous for free viewing; much appreciated. JJN's tips on hybrid picking drone notes unlocked techniques of the playing of my blues rock guitar heroes. Gives me some advanced level technique to try to incorporate for the years ahead. This was a great experience.

Saw JJN several months ago at this point when he opened for John 5. I instantly became a huge fan. He's incredible on guitar. I saw him when he debuted that Les Paul of his after it was repaired from tornado damage. He's incredible, talented and very fun and authentic person.

Meanwhile, I’m still learning to hybrid pick. Wish I could just ditch the pick and play like Jared. But being a metal head, it doesn’t lend itself to chugging and attack to well. Although I imagine Jared could definitely make it work. He’s a beast. Thanks Marty! Thanks Jared! Great job.
