Ya I want one at some point, but my only experience is big snakes what would you recommend I start out with because I clearly know I’m not familiar with monitor behavior and it wouldn’t be responsible to just jump into a species like this. In my current state they are illegal along with water monitors but we are relocating to have more animals for educational purposes and moving to larger encloshures for my current Burmese pythons. I was considering a Argus monitor as I can have one here and I do like them but curious what you would recommend. Thanks in advance
