Hi Julie, I just did one online interview today. Actually I'm looking for a good opportunity. I think I did it well . But the interviewer asked me one tricky question in the end. The question is " Why do your team members accept you as a supervisor" . When I listened to this question I took a little pause for 10sec. I really don't know what to tell. As you mentioned in this video I applied your first steps in my mind. But hope the answer I gave to him is the one the interviewer expected. I don't know. I also prepared a few questions and the answers using CHATGPT. You could've posted this video yesterday so that I could've used your inputs. But it's ok. I really don't know what the interviewer decided. I am eagerly waiting for the results. Thank you Julie for the great lesson.
