I’m starting my new job tomorrow. $46 an hour. Imma hit the gym hard so i can hit my fitness goals, and to look good for my competition in July to ensure I make it on some modeling callbacks. And imma invest more in my KZbin automation channel, plus start to make IG content as well since my friends want me to get my voice out there. As far as the intermittent fasting, I’ve been doing it for a year now just for convenience, I guess. But I’ve never noticed a difference in terms of how I feel with it, and “clarity”, and productivity, etc. However, I did notice that if I do high intensity cardio while fasted, then I’m screwed for the rest of the day, even if I do eat later. Either way, I doubt it will change your life unless you’re a fatty.
