Return value 1603 means that there is a problem somehow related to your OS architecture. One such example is running a 64 bit program on a 32 bit machine.

It probably runs on the computer, you shall check on your task manager if the program in question is running ,and if it does , shutdown the program and retry.

Everyone! FIRST Make sure type in MSCONFIG in search and on TASK remove/ disable the program so that it's not running while you are trying to uninstall. Then use TECHNO MATH procedure because it does work! Unfortunately, I used IObit Uninstaller first before seeing this post lol. Hi, can you please help me on this? First, I uninstalled them using the control panel uninstall program and they are successfully removed. And even in the program registry's folder and sub folders are deleted. I also used iObit uninstaller to remove the remaining components of the license and they are entirely removed as you can see in the 1st & 2nd image link.
