I want to unlearn my dad's stubbornness, my mom's over protectiveness. Their constant fighting as well. My brothers extreme anger and violent behaviors. I've incorporated each of these things in my relationships and I never knew why I was the way I am. I always thought I was a flawed person that just isn't fit for this world. I've attempted suicide, but made it out alive. But now I understand that these things don't define me, they're simply things I've picked up and haven't been able to let go. It's difficult to let go since I've identified with it and have an emotional attachment with my family, since I love them very much. Just a little of my story.

May you find the strength to always be going forward and learn be the person YOU want to be not the one society or your environment want you to be. May you be blessed in everything you do, I wish for you to succeed and hope these words will help you. Everything you want to think negatively remember these words and know that you are important and are meant to achieve something great. Have a wonderful day

hey bro, its good to hear about you! first thing inorder to unlearn things you need to consider 1)accept everything ur parents, ur brothers everything u are related and emotionally attached to it .2) spend time 2 to 3 hours with urself in an empty room. Try to sort out all the things which is costing ur peace. 3)have some short term goals duration of exactly 14 days. 4) Make a priority of yourself ,start caring about ur career, body, interests and goals. Apply the above things , you will be transformed definetly , you wont be the same.!! if you dont like my advice ,please ignore it. #Thanks :)

Forgive your parents! Calm down and be still. Thats all to the secret. Anger and Resentment will make you do or think things you dont like. God is good and he saves! There is a teacher in you that will teach all things! You become soon a new being that is in the world but not of it!

I notice something unique about the emojis used in this video. I have to say I see a specific demographical group in society unlearning their family relationships, cultural origins, and the kindnesses, loyalties and sacrifices people in their families gave to them whenever it's convenient and lucrative to forget those. I see many demographics of people benefit from valuing and retaining their identity just modifying the parts that don't fit, but knowing better than to deconstruct their foundational identity. It's a sad show to tune into and watch people believe dismantling their foundational identity and all the relationships that stem from that is an astronomically ingenious, progressive lifestyle. I see it as people who are going room to room turning on all the lights, then leaving their house indefinitely with the front door wide open. There's so much method to their madness it just leaves a trail of madness. Imagine that.

This framework is so general that it's useless, typical KZbin fluff. Challenge youself and step outside your comfort zone sound good but what the author forgot to mention is that first you need to uncover your deeply subconcious tendecneies, thought patterns and default behaviours and in most cases it's almost impossible as once you manage to figure it out (what takes years and support of 3rd person) you already develop new unconcious patterns. But yeah, it's easier to keep repeating advice about challneing your own beliefs.

Understanding your own subconscious tendencies requires self awareness. This may take long but that also means it's possible. I'm going to share what helps me. 1. Identify a problem you think you have 2. Notice your own behaviour day to day 3. Try to uncover the cause of your behaviour, "why did I act this way after this happened?" 4. Find the fear, typically subconscious patterns emerge to cope with a fear of some kind, or as a result of past fears that no longer exist 5. Question the fear. Is the fear relevant to you right now? Is it a reasonable fear or irrational fear? Why do you fear? 6. Go against the fear/urge. Purposely do things that you normally wouldn't do, just to prove the fear wrong. Safety first of course. 7. Replace it with something new, create a new tendency for yourself to follow. Hope it's of value to anyone reading 😁
