Great video family! I honestly struggle with meditation, it’s hard for me to shut the noise in my mind. However putting healing frequency as I go to sleep has helped me alot!

I sometimes do active meditation, if I cook or clean I think only about the chore. 100% concentration on the activity. If useless thoughts come just recognize them and let them go.
