I love the low frame rate it's definitely my favourite style out there it's just soooo cool to see the characters move in that way to me and I respect for your opinion if you don't like it. It's just me who loves this style after playing JJBA heritage i've been gain to loved this sort of frame rate style.

I think you are talking about the frame rate .You can turn it off by turning off Film Animation in settings
