Well, this helped a lot. Currently trying to get savory slice and then her ultimate and ill be done. As a lv80...this is quite challenging, specially that last quest, gave it a try with a friend, we completed it with 35 seconds to spare xD.

Personally I got Savory Slicer and Excellent Full Course on my Series S version of the game by using a level 99 female Saiyan with max health, Max Ki and Max Ki Blast stats. I used a QQ Bang that has max Ki, Max Ki Strike Supers and Max Ki Blast Supers as the boosted stats. my Super Soul was Fu's Auto Ki Recovery Super Soul from the Off The Charts Energy DLC Parallel Quest. and my move set was as follows: Big Bang Kamehameha, Spirit Blaster, Ultimate Charge and Fighting Pose G as the Supers while: Gigantic Roar and Energy Zone were the Ultimate skills, Super Vegeta was my Awoken Skill and Super Explosive Wave was my evasive skill.

I tried this pq 145 times and got no skills from it. Do you have to fight them in a certain order? Does Android 21 have to be at a certain health? Do you have to be a certain level or something? If nothing is required then these skills are the utmost ultimate rare drop ever and it would take you several years of nonstop playing just to get these skills. better have a lot of freetime on your hands and a buttload of pee bottles lol

It is RNG reliant... BUT it requires you to ultimate finish before the RNG decides your fate... F*CKING stupi that they made shit like that reliant... gear and other items yeah RNG that up, but skills should just have certian requirements, like regular finish or ultimate finish...
