This is a completely worthless method if you don't know the Google password which is in my case the issue it just resets and won't turn on unless you know the password you can erase it as many times as you want I don't understand what's so great about this method it's not a secret everybody knows this

Hello I did everything you said but when I got to the page that you was talking about it only showed a page that stated warning: a customer's o S can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications if you want to download a customer OS press the volume up also estate volume up key it's continues it and volume down key it cancels and they got in parentheses reset phone. Then it gets stuck on the blue page so I have to press the volume button and power button at the same time to get it back to where it was and it's still locked
