@@simuxas6221 Are you encountering this issue while trying to add a device to your Microsoft Account? Normally, if you've previously signed in to the device using your Microsoft Account, it should automatically appear in the list displayed at account.microsoft.com/devices. If your device is not shown here, it's likely that the BitLocker recovery key was not saved to your Microsoft Account.
