I think you've missed the previous step of enabling the USB debugging mode in the settings. We highly recommend you to watch the video again so that you don't fall short of unlocking the bootloader!

I have a ZTE Blade A3 Prime running Android 10. I have enabled USB Debugging and OEM Unlocking. I have verified that the phone is recognized with "adb devices" when the phone is connected to the PC. But after I enter "adb reboot bootloader" the phone drops from being recognized by the PC and I have the same problem as 'sugarplum vodka' described in his comment: "everything went as followed up until line adb reboot bootloader and [my phone] is just stuck on a black screen with a tiny white text on the bottom saying => fastboot mode... the screen didn't change into a menu like in yours". Consider, trying out with a different cable that works fine! Another thing would be the right drivers to install. Make sure you've downloaded the right ones for your device!
