How to unlock Chemical Plant Guide (without being a Ward)

You can interact with the guard and get a side quest for pistol, extended mag and silencer. If you answer correctly and do the mission, you can get the pistol and two artifacts. As well you can get into the plant but doors will be locked. Of course after you make a decision to side with stalkers, this place becomes hostile. Explore before going to the swamp missions.

that pistol is there regardless of the quest, so is one artifact, get the artifact from there and then take the quest for a second one to spawn

You need to be quick for this to work, the moment the enemy detect you, they will lock the door

this area is bugged. i was inside and killed all and run around. they spawn all the time new enemy around the helicopter. and someone spoke forbidden area.

And how did you get the guide at the plant to be green? I have the trader there green, but the guide stays white since the first time I visited them. Even after progressing the story and helping the Ward, I got the tech and traders inside the plant green, but that one guide stays white...

They are from garbage i believe but they are "working" with the Ward.

This happen on every faction that you have bad reputation. The system that put in game right now might just be a placeholder since it is kinda bs.

Not worth it it’s kinda ass. Yaniv has the best tech in the entire hame, Merchant Sells BOTH Endgame rifles, the Zubr-19, the Saiga-12, the Rhino, and many other really strong guns.

It's a good place to have a guide at if your quest requires you to travel to the south-western part of the map. If you are with the Spark, banned at Malachite and failed to defend Zalissya like me, the closest base for you would be Rostok
