HOW TO UNLOCK COMPANY USB PORT OR ANY LOCKED USB PORT

The Start value on my laptop is already 3......but still USB doesnt work....says you need Admin privilge.....also you said you need to see Enable option when you right click the USB Mass storage in Device mgr.....at 6:67 when you right-clicked, the Enable option still wasnt there......so how does that work?

Hmmm. You did not see the options cus you are just a user . I would have suggested you use command prompt but you still need to open it as a super user . In your case if you can get access to any Linux os that has been burned into a disc I can show you how to create a super user
