I honestly went in the Ultimate Skill mission multiple times, but once I got my first Z rank on it both Ults dropped. Poor Core Breaker being hard to land hurts, They could've given more of a tracking since when you activate the skill its Free stam break unless you stamina break the opponent

dragon blitz + core breaker works 90% of the time for me. (but the first variation, with kick in front of the opponent)

To Z Rank parallel quest 153, you must help reviving Vegeta first. Then, spam supers and ultimates to get the points and you're good to go!
