I discovered that even before starting these quest chains or at least on the first quest the npc in Lulucion gives, I wound up fighting a deviant and acquired an elder dragon egg from using a Expedition Ticket (SR) on a co-op and it wasn't until after I hatched the egg and saw the name that I looked it up and found out that I did just do that lol.

Silver wind nargacuga was a big hurdle for me, had to head back to lamure to hunt high rank plum Daimyo hermitaur for anti bleed. And then I stumbled across a blue crystal den. And that’s how I got my first deviant monstie! (His name is Ares, and he’s a serious powerhouse)

I’m having an issue all of my deviant quests are on my quest board except my silverwind quest. Is there something I need to do or something that I missed? I really want to max out his armor so I’m really concerned something is wrong

you can find him in almost every den (I think but I find most of my bazel eggs in the terga volcano base) after you beat his boss fight which is quite close to the end of the main story

An easy way to get deviants and elder dragons is to first get kinship stone lvl 9, then go to the elder dragon den for elders and deviant den for 10 of the deviants (Btw Oroshi Kirin, the Kirin deviants, is in elder dragon den). Also, use R and SR tickets.

You actually unlock dreadqueen’s quest after you beat silverwind which is why she is far easier than thunderlord.

You can get these armours without doing the quest. I know because I've met the deviants in online multiplayer and have got the armour, now I've just started the quest to get total completion but I already have the armour lol.

​@@razedragos In my experience you actually have to. Maybe im wrong but it does make sense. You CAN get Nergi and b-52 (Story elders) in rare dens (high rank) even tho they're super rare. And almost every deviant and non-story elder are exclusive do super rare high rank dens, which all are monsters not present in the story. So my guess is that you have to unlock them postgame (Deviant Questline and maybe even elders lair).

in my playthrough of this game and the previous installment. I never ONCE dodge an attack, i mostly tank it. But that Silverwind armor has made me dodge more then i thought i could do (I dodged. every. single. attack. from an enraged B.Tigrex and it also seems to apply to monsties when you ride on cause my zinogre kept dodging while i was on him).
