Don't know why but I was getting technical defeat every 3rd or 2nd match so I didn't grind here . I may get it after the end of the event from chests i have saved for new hero . This is happening after game update ( when June came to game) . Before it game was smooth. And it's not network problem because every time it happens my network is near about 1.2 Mbps.

The rng of 10 vs 1 is the same, but over the 100 spins the cost of doing 10 overtime will save you about 3 tickets. The difference is if your spending gems irs better to do them 1 at a time as you don't want to use more gems into tickets then you need. The odds seem to be 0.76%.
